Work is underway on three nurseries in Renfrew.
PREAH have partnered with City Gate Construction on a large scale project across three nurseries in Renfrew.
Works commenced on Kilbarchen & St Margaret's nurseries simultaneously in July with a tight deadline in place. Despite being challenging projects, both were completed to a high-standard, meeting agreed completion date in August.
PREAH carried out the following works in house:
- Altering & installing new above ground drainage
- Domestic, LTHW & ventilation system
And with the help of our closely approved supply chain, the following works were sub-contracted:
- Thermal insulation
- Commissioning & BMS control installations
Works at Inchinnan nursery are due to commence in October and we look forward to delivering the same high-quality plumbing & mechanical services.
