PREAH are proud to confirm that we have been able to secure three new projects at the start of 2021, two with returning clients.
The first with Redpath Construction who last year we successfully handed over a NHS refurbishment to a trauma ward at Wishaw General Hospital, we have now been appointed to deliver the new mechanical installations also altering existing services for theatre five within the Royal Alexandria Hospital in Paisley, with works on site well underway. Our works comprise of altering existing & installing new above ground drainage, domestic hot & cold water, medium temperature hot water, chilled water, medical gases, ventilation & medical gases installations. This is in addition to full removal and replacement of all mechanical services in a live theatre environment, including AHU, coordinated design drawings and installation of new stainless steel SHTM complaint fixtures.
The second with Maxi Construction who we have been working on a number of City of Edinburgh Council projects over the last couple of years however, now been able to secure Abington Community Hub refurbishment & extension within South Lanarkshire. Works are scheduled to begin imminently with programmed completion date of the summer. Our works comprise of installing new above ground drainage, domestic hot & cold water, electric heating, air conditioning & ventilation installations.
The third project was secured with new direct client, Sycamore Medical Centre, to deliver the new plumbing/mechanical installations to Darnley Medical Centre in Glasgow. Works are currently progressing on site & are programmed to be complete in the spring. Our works involve installing new above ground drainage, domestic hot & cold water, low temperature hot water, natural gas & ventilation systems within the existing building.
